V-Punch.
The V-Punch is a hole punch for lightweight materials designed, developed, and manufactured by AccuCutter™. It provides flexibility in the size and location of holes, and, with the addition of steel side plates, it now has increased capacity.
The V-Punch consists of the punch and table combination shown to the right, handle, stripper plates, and interchangeable hole punch & die set. It’s throat configuration allows for punching up to 4-1/2” from the edge of the piece and the generous 12” wide table supports even large workpieces. The die sets used in the V-Punch are standard industry items available from Roper Whitney® & other companies. Three punch and die sets are included: 3/32”, 1/8”, and 3/16”. The table has several drilled and tapped holes that can be used to set guides or stops for accurate, repetitive hole punching. Steel alignment guides are available for purchase and enable the operator to develop such set ups.

PR12W Slip Roller.
The Precision Roller has been a longtime favorite of the AccuCutter™ product line. The original and discontinued AC1R, was significantly upgraded in 2005 with the introduction of the PR12W. The rollers are now manufactured from precision ground and polished tool steel, and the gears have been strengthened and fully enclosed for safety. Wire grooves have been added, and convenience items have been incorporated like easy-to-use knurled knob adjustment screws and a new handle position for easy access and to aide in lifting the top roller. Stainless steel rollers are available as an optional upgrade.
The Precision Roller is used to form metal into an infinite variety of rolled shapes. By adjusting the location of its three rollers, different rolled shapes may be made, and different thickness materials may be used. The Precision Roller has many applications in making custom awards and trophies as well as other industries. Like all AccuCutter™ Products, they are both Made in the USA.
