Medium Duty Bench Punch

Need to punch a hole in
a sign blank? Need to punch two holes in 50 sign blanks? In aluminum? In
steel?
The No. 16 punch by Roper Whitney can do
that and more with ease. It has a solid forged frame and a rated capacity of
7.3 tons. It will punch a 1/4" hole in 1/4" mild steel!
Bench mounting is required for safe
operation.

Model No. 17
Medium Duty Bench Punch
by Roper Whitney
The No. 17 is similar in use to the No. 16
above. However, it is constructed with a steel frame instead of a forged
frame, and it also has a throat depth of 6 1/2" versus the 3 1/4". As a
result it has a smaller rated capacity of 5 tons. While it will not punch a
1/4" hole in 1/4" steel, it is still more than adequate for sign blanks.
Bench mounting is required for safe
operation.
