The Cornermate PLUS® is a new intermediate cornering system designed, developed and manufactured by accucutter®. It has a wider opening for flexible plastics up to .350" and will accommodate .063" aluminum and other medium weight materials.

The standard Cornermate PLUS® table features a controlled action roller that moves up and down in a fixed vertical plane like a press. The standard table is shown above with a cutting unit. The standard table is designated the CM60

Two enhanced tables based on a small arbor press are now available. The first enhanced table, the CM60AP, was developed for the new slot punch. It provides greater punching power and positions the slot punch square to the operator for more convenient slot punching. It also has tapped holes that can be used to set up stops or guides for repetitive punching. The new table will also work with the round corner units. It is shown below with a slot cutting unit.

The second enhanced table, the CM60SPCL, is also based on a small arbor press and is identical to CM60AP except that a pivoting disc or adapter has been added. The disc/adapter has two positions. In one position, the disc/adapter places  the punch square to the operator for convenient slot punching. In the other position, the disc/adapter places the punch at an angle to the operator for more convenient corner punching. The CM60SPCL also features increased punching power, and the table has tapped holes that can be used to set up stops or guides for repetitive punching.

The tables and cutting units are sold separately.
